In honor of Lesley Sachs’ contributions to the advancement of young female leaders, Women of the Wall has initiated a new Fund:
The Momentum Fund

We are inviting Women of the Wall supporters to honor Lesley’s accomplishments by donating to this fund which will sponsor the participation of young women at WOW’s monthly Rosh Hodesh prayer services and other WOW programs. WOW – just like Lesley – takes seriously the responsibility to inspire and encourage the next generation of women. We are proud that, in Lesley’s name, we will have the opportunity to provide resources for young women who are enthusiastic to become leaders and who have the ability to positively transform Israeli society.The campaign is being kicked-off with a $1,000 anonymous gift from long-time admirers of Lesley’s strength and commitment to equality for women.Under Lesley’s tutelage, WOW has reached impressive heights. And with your partnership, and the enthusiasm of young Israeli women, we will continue on this trajectory well into the future. Join us in wishing Lesley personal fulfillment and good health on the next step in her journey. Donations of $360 and greater will be generously matched by the Joseph and Harvey Meyerhoff Family Charitable Funds.
