Our Synagogue had its Sisterhood Women’s Seder on Tuesday night, March 16th. I spoke about the events that morning at the Kotel. Last month, I spoke about Women of the Wall and religious pluralism and civility at Shabbat Services for Rosh Hodesh Adar. I have taught about it in our Confirmation class as well. In December we hosted an inter sisterhood event on Rosh Hodesh with women from the Conservative and Orthodox congregations as well. In my remarks, I tied WOW into the celebration of Rosh Hodesh and Hanukkah, again focusing on religious expression of women, religious pluralism, tolerance of difference and civility.
